Every cheat code below is written for the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller, with the exact button sequence you enter in-game.
⚠️ Status: Unconfirmed. These are Grand Theft Auto V's PlayStation codes, which have historically carried forward between GTA titles. Rockstar has not published GTA 6's codes. We verify and update every code within hours of the November 19, 2026 launch.

How to enter cheat codes on PS5
In previous Grand Theft Auto games, PlayStation cheats were entered as a button sequence pressed quickly during normal gameplay — no menu, no pause screen. Enter the sequence correctly and a confirmation appears on screen.
Three things that have historically tripped people up, and will likely apply again:

Speed matters. The sequence has to be entered quickly. Pause too long between inputs and it resets.

Directions are the D-pad, not the analog stick.

Most cheats don't save. In GTA V, cheats deactivated when you reloaded, and reactivating meant entering the code again.
GTA V also restricted most cheats to free roam — they couldn't be used during missions. Whether GTA 6 keeps that restriction is unconfirmed.
Will cheats disable trophies on PS5?
Unconfirmed for GTA 6. In GTA V, using cheats disabled trophy progress for that session — the trophies themselves weren't permanently lost, but nothing you did while a cheat was active counted toward them. Reloading a save without cheats restored normal progress.
If Rockstar carries that system forward, the safe approach is to finish trophy hunting before you start experimenting.
